to contain a lot of information on the operations of the
firm because these will be given in the bylaws of the corporation.
Once you receive the Article of incorporations it is important
to fill them out carefully and double check that all the
information supplied in the forms is correct. Once they
have been completed the forms have to filed with the secretary
of state of your jurisdiction. Once the Article of incorporations
are filed the corporation is immediately incorporated and
